Please note: This Fertility Calculator provides a guide to your chances of pregnancy without treatment based on a Canadian study of over 2,000 couples.  The calculator provides a cumulative chance of pregnancy over 3 years and a link to the original paper on the Internet.  It is important to recognise this is only a guide to fertility and there may be individual factors that will alter your prognosis.  For instance if there are no sperm seen on testing the chances of pregnancy will be severely reduced, and in women from the late 30s there will be a significant decline in fertility.
