If this helps your confidence with doing acupuncture then I was advised that it helps protect your body from the ravaging effects of the down-reg and FSH drugs. I certainly felt more human this time round and I do beleive this is why my eggs were of such better quality, I didn't overstimulate and my embies were much better. So all in all the money was well worth it. However, we took the attitude of in for a penny in for a pound and decided that as it was our last attempt we would spend as much money as required ( not that we could really afford it!!!) as then we would always know that we had given it our very best shot.
