Ahhhhhh Tash, you are just LUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's absolutely fab hearing you sound so upbeat, and I totally agree this year sounds pretty damn amazing for you.  I went to Oz for my honeymoon 8 years ago and it was the most magical place in the world, I loved every single second of it.  But there is no way in a million years you'd get me up on the harbour bridge, we used to be wandering around and we'd see people climbing up it and they looked like little ants at the top.  I have a severe issue with heights -just looking at them made me feel dizzy!!!!

ha ha, that stripper and his 'wanger' sounds totally classic! I bet you can't wait to see your sil's face!!!!   Ahhhh chick I'm so pleased to hear you sounding so positive, you deserve happiness and this year is gonna be a good one I can tell.  Love you loads mate xxxxx

Ruth - ok lets have a look at some of the suggestions.  Helen I think you're clearly going to struggle with some of our literary choices - as yours will prob only be Jordan or kerry Katona!!!!  Bless!!!

Must do some work, chris moyles has got live webcams in the studio this week and I'm addicted to watching it on my pc at work, tsk I'll be in trouble if I get caught!!!   I wouldn't mind but I'm super busy too!

xxxxxx

Oh no, I don't like Kerry Katona!

Ruth - what's chicklit?   I'm sooooo not clever enough to be in your book club!

Oh yeh we have to do a health and safety e-learning doofer at the moment, which I abandoned after I'd been on it for an hour and still not nearly half way through!  I'm rebelling!

Hey Jo, yes what a good idea - Freddie loves reading 5 little ducks and that's just about all I can manage!  My favourite bit is at the end when they all come back and quack!

Marian Keyes, Kathy Lette, Freya North, India Knight, Sophie Kinsella - those sort of authors - you know, stuff girls read! Novels about shopping and crying basically.

Is there an equivalent term for books by authors like Nick Hornby and Tony Parsons?

Blokelit doesn't rhyme. Geezer readers? Best-sellers for fellers?

P.S. Am I allowed to join the book club? I haven't read far enough back to see what the rules are! If it's girls only then fair enough.

No Nelly, all comers welcome! and Nick Hornby is a mile better than any off those Shopaholic type novels

On the elearning stuff, we have to do Money Laundering as well - seemingly every six months! And every 3 years we have to retake 10 credit tests called Omega on everything from monitoring Business Performance to Banking Environment!
