Thanks KitKat, but I live in Wigan...
I've emailed a different one now thats Zita West affiliated. Their web site is very good, so I'll see if they get back to me. This 1 is near work, so would probably be more convenient anyway. I think i'm gonna try get DH to go too. I'm sure he'd love it. I'll not tell him how much it costs tho! ha ha. Tho i'm sure he wont complain once he's getting pampered and fussed over.

What a great job!!!
Umm parceling up nappies is that something only a mummy understands?!!!

It is a great job but I wouln't have it for long if they knew I was napping on the job - ssshhhhh.......
As for the nappies, i use real nappies for Martha and have just sold a load that are too small for her on a nappy forum. Hence had to parcel them up to send to the purchasers! So nothing particularly exciting
You'll love this - post office are out of books of first class stamps. Apparently they "had a run on them before Christmas" - not like you'd expect that or anything!!!
And another one - yesterday a man came to deliver me a courtesy car and take mine away for repair. I was struggling to fit the car seat in the courtesy car (2 door fiesta so not much room for manoeuvre (sp?) in the back. Delivery man said to me "Maybe your husband can work it our when you get home"

Ladies,
Have any of your DH's had accupuncture. Does anyone have any feelings on whether its worth it?
I'm going the week after next and wondering whether to get DH to go too. He had a vasectomy reversal in 2005 and tho it was succesful, last time we got him tested his count was a bit low. Although he stopped smoking since then (about 18 months ago) so i'm sure thats made a difference.
Whad'ya think?

Strictly speaking I'm not staying away' from you lovely ladies but away from fertility issues|! Does that make sense?
We are surounded my tragedy at moment (lost one of dads in school aged 29, friends daughter just found secondary cancer in her spine after successsfuly beating breast cancer and friend of dh just lost a grandson)
Altho my wanting for my baby is as desperate as ever its not going to kill me and all my family and friends are well................. So trying to appreciate my world and my life X
I hope this post doesn't depress anyone but just wanted to share how grateful I am for everything and everyone including of course each and every one of you X

Hi Scouser ditto .....Im abit the same as you hon dont really want to be talking about fertility issues either ....and the tradgeys you mention certainly put life into perspective, my job permanantley reminds me of how lucky we are and that there is more to life than children. DH and I have decided that when we have a day off together we will make the most, today we went to St.Ives and did some walking, sight seeing and went to the cinema to see INKHEART. we just got in and I slammed a homemade cottage pie in the oven and poured a glass! you gotta make the most of what you have....lets not let life pass us by. we just booked our marathon for October Lucerne it is! and booked flights to Rome for April
Jooby my acupuncturist suggested DH go for acu but hes not keen and im not pushing the issue. to be honest im abit half-hearted about it all now. plus if he went it would cost £120/month for us both! ..frankly that would stress me out.
Gotta go my wine is hotting up

Morning girls,
Scouser I feel just the same as you. Not staying away but trying not to think about fertility stuff so what you say makes total sense. And yes all that terrible news does put things into perspective for sure.
Tix, your Sunday sounds gorgeous. Totally relaxing and lovely.
Ha Ha Ruth -did dh fix that car seat?
Well have had a lovely relaxing weekend, i didn't get out of bed til 10.30am on saturday morning! ohhhh I had waited for that ALL week. How come it's monday morning again tho? Oh well at least Chris Moyles is back on radio 1 so I can listen to him!
love to you all xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
